Tampa 9/11 Truth

The “War on Terror” is a Fraud!

About Us

Who are you anyway?

Tampa 9/11 Truth is a growing group of citizens committed to a new, impartial and independent investigation of the events of September 11, 2001. In addition, we work to educate the general public about the many problems and contradictions of the official government story on 9/11. We are dedicated to nonviolent action and peaceful means of bringing about positive social change.

Like the 9/11 Truth movement as a whole, we are a diverse group of people who are concerned about the loss of liberty, the lawlessness and the brutality that has taken place being “justified” as a result of 9/11 and the ensuing “War on Terror”. We may have our disagreements about various political candidates, social issues, etc., but one thing we agree on is that we haven’t been told the truth about 9/11 and the consequences for the world have been profoundly negative.

There are so many other injustices in the world. Why do you focus on 9/11?

The changes that have taken place in the “post-9/11 world” – murderous wars, illegal wiretapping, kidnapping and torture to name a few – are destroying the best parts of America and creating unnecessary hostility and bloodshed between different peoples. If it can be shown that the events of 9/11 were not as they’ve been sold, then some of these changes can be reversed.

Are you a bunch of conspiracy theorists?

“Conspiracy theorist” and “conspiracy theory” are terms that in and of themselves describe nothing more than theorizing about an event that is criminal in nature. However, the terms “conspiracy theorist” or “conspiracy theory” are often used in our culture to stifle a person from asking the “wrong” questions. We’re simply asking questions and coming to conclusions based on what is now – thanks to the Internet – readily available information.

Every crime that is or has been investigated has required people to formulate theories and ideas as to what really happened. It’s no different with 9/11. If we’re conspiracy theorists, then the members of government, mainstream media and various educational institutions who peddle the offical conspiracy theory are too!

Is this unpatriotic?

Not educating oneself and not asking questions about very serious matters is unpatriotic. What we are doing is incredibly patriotic. It’s not easy to speak out about controversial issues – particularly one that goes to the heart of a lot of what is wrong with the world today.

This all seems so overwhelming. What can I do?

You can start by joining our Meetup group. It’s free and your attendance at our actual Meetups is – while desired – not required. You’ll find that there are many different ways to participate – from taking part in discussions on our Message Board, to signwaving, to lobbying, etc. As long as you are nonviolent and respectful of other people’s feelings, beliefs and backgrounds, you’re welcome to join.

What if I don’t have much time to dedicate?

Everyone has different obligations in life. The time, energy and money available to each of us varies and that’s OK.  Unlike people who are paid by well-connected, powerful interests to promote or advance a particular agenda, we have limited resources to devote to getting this information out.  Our biggest assets are truth and a willingness to question.  We strive to always do more, but we’re also big believers in the phrase “One does what one can.”
